Mentorship program for women in the logistics industry
In spring 2025, Bossa and Insitepart started a mentorship program for women in the logistics industry.
The idea is to match women with experience in leadership and/or a certain expertise with women who are new to the industry or in a leadership role, or at the beginning of their career. Mentors and mentees are matched based on competence, experience, role, and development goals - where we see a great potential exchange for both parties.
Registration is open and the matching will be announced in March 2026. During the program, the mentor and mentee will meet regularly about 6 times, and the meetings will take place both physically and digitally. The program also includes joint reconciliations with other program participants, and participants have a personal contact at Insitepart to discuss with during the program. Completion and evaluation will be in November/December.
Bossa was started in 2023 by the newspaper Dagens Logistik and is a competence and career network for women in the logistics industry, with just over 500 members. Read more at bossa.nu.
