Some common questions and answers
Who is Alma?
Alma is the name of our self-developed digital platform and SaaS product. In Alma, there are modules that work both independently and together with integrated features. By automating, digitalizing, and visualizing processes and workflows, users receive support in resource planning, daily management, Lean, work environment, resource tracking, and much more. So, Alma is not a person but just a nice name for a tool that facilitates and improves planning, management, and follow-up based on our own need from running and developing warehouse operations.
What parts does Alma consist of?
Alma consists of three modules (Plan, Monitor, and Time) that work both independently and together with integrated features.
Who is Alma suitable for?
Alma fits for all warehouses and terminals with the goal of conducting efficient and secure operations. Since the service is replaced with a low monthly cost, no large investments are required. In this way, the tool suits both small and large operations equally well.
Can Alma be integrated with our existing systems?
Yes. Alma has a prepared so-called API that makes it easy to connect with external systems and data sources.
What problems does Alma solve?
Alma simplifies information sharing, speeds up manual routines and processes, and creates more accurate and reliable decision-making materials in warehouse and terminal operations.
Is Alma a WMS?
No, Alma is not a WMS. However, Alma acts as an extension of your WMS or ERP system. By easily integrating Alma with, for example, your WMS, better conditions are created for planning, daily management, and follow-up.
